We don’t normally do exchanges or refunds (unless the item is faulty). In the unlikely event you need to return your item to the AFPFMA you will be charged for postage for a replacement when the item is returned to us at your cost. Please make sure:
- item must have all manufacturer’s tags still attached (otherwise we can’t resell it)
- make sure the item has not been washed (this is a deal breaker and cannot be returned)
- send back your item (at your cost) to Mike Doroshenko PO Box 7494 Sippy Downs, Qld. 4556
Once we receive your returned item and the above points checked off, we’ll organise a replacement for you and send it back. Please allow up to 3 weeks for a refund or replacement, when we receive your item.
